Ms. Drucilla E. Bell has limited her practice exclusively to international law, handling business development and negotiations, as well as international divorce and child abduction, and a major percentage of her practice has become immigration processing trouble shooting and deportation litigation. 

She has formed Florida corporations for thirteen private enterprises in Krasnodar, Russia and taught the business managers basics of Florida business entity law and international trade procedures. She has performed business entity and immigration work and  represented transnational companies for clients from United Kingdom, South Africa, Germany and Russia. She has recently represented U.S. clients in Indian, Russian, Mexican, South American, and African legal and business matters.

Ms. Bell has taught Bulgarian business managers key international trade concepts and highlights of immigration law, especially changes made by the 1996 law and changes in interpretation and enforcement since September 11, 2001. A key element of international law is having good relationships with foreign bars. She has personally assisted in the development of a relationship with the Estonian Bar, see Home Page and has enhanced the relationship between the Florida Bar International Law Section and the Barcelona (Spain) Bar.  

Because of her involvement in the prevention of deportation of aliens, she has developed an expertise in international criminal law, which includes reversing or mitigating aggravated felonies and reforming crimes of moral turpitude to enable the alien to remain in the US.  Legal Permanent Residents are being deported every day for old crimes for which they were sure that they had paid their debt to society.  Contact Drucilla if you apply for citizenship and instead get a Notice to Appear for Removal (Deportation).
